DH Pace Company–Corporate Report
Role: Marketing Content & Coordination

The Challenge:
DH Pace needed a comprehensive annual corporate report that reflected companywide performance, culture, and growth across multiple divisions. The project required gathering accurate information from departments nationwide and translating it into a clear, cohesive narrative for clients, partners, recruits, and leadership audiences. The company also wanted a corporate video aligned with the report to reinforce brand positioning and storytelling.

The Solution:
Working alongside Trice Alford (CMO) and Sara Griewing (designer) on the marketing team, I contributed to the development of the report and companion video by supporting content creation, research, and cross-functional coordination. Responsibilities included:

  • Collecting information, metrics, and updates from sales, engineering, HR, and operational teams across the company

  • Writing and refining report sections to ensure messaging was clear, accurate, and aligned with brand voice

  • Translating technical and operational input into reader-friendly narrative content

  • Collaborating with design to ensure copy, visuals, and data displays worked together effectively

  • Coordinating with internal stakeholders to validate details and secure approvals

  • Supporting alignment between the written report and messaging used in the corporate video

The Result:
The final annual report and video presented a unified, professional overview of DH Pace’s capabilities, performance, and culture. The materials became versatile corporate assets used across sales presentations, recruiting, leadership communications, and brand initiatives.

Impact:
This project demonstrated the effectiveness of collaborative content development across departments and disciplines. By helping synthesize companywide input into a polished narrative and visual presentation, the marketing team delivered a report and video that strengthened organizational credibility and provided year-round value as strategic communications tools.

The Challenge:
DH Pace needed a concise brand video that communicated its expertise, industry leadership, and the real-world impact of its door, access control, and security solutions. The message had to resonate with diverse audiences while translating technical capabilities into clear, engaging storytelling.

The Solution:
I wrote the script and supported messaging development, shaping a narrative that highlighted how DH Pace solutions support safety, productivity, and everyday environments. I collaborated with internal teams to ensure accuracy, align with brand voice, and structure content for strong visual storytelling.

The Result:
The final video became a versatile brand asset used across marketing, sales, recruiting, and corporate communications.
